About Us
Dwight and Nancy are co-owners of Northern States Basement Systems. They are dedicated to the Basement Systems philosophy and approach to controlling water, moisture, humidity, and other crawlspace and basement problems.
Their mission is to provide high quality custom designed systems and total service to each customer within the communities they serve.
They have worked with the City of Duluth and Proctor on their I & I program for many years, installing many sump pump systems to keep the water from going into Lake Superior. They are currently working with the City of Eveleth installing Sump systems for their homeowners.
