Rob Dupree is customer service. Called to let me know he would be late for appointment, and texted to let me know estimate would be delayed. Who does that anymore? Rob did. Stays in constant contact with his customers. Hired him to remove framed shower enclosure and install frameless. VERY REASONABLY PRICED. And Steve did great job of removing old and installing the new. Very efficient. Would highly recommend.

We just did a major remodel and needed frameless shower doors and called several companies. They were all very well reviewed and while I suspect they would have been good, we selected Renu because of Rib's customer service. Here is a guy that knows what customer service is. First he comes to you, too many other shops are only open Monday to Friday during business hours. Rob also takes the time to hear what you are looking to do and then provides you options and the pros and cons of each. He is very responsive seems like no matter when you email him. He follows up and his pricing is competitive. He will never be the cheapest, but he is far from the most expensive as well. Great process and easy to deal with. Product was installed as promised and is fantastic looking! This place excels in customer service and I would have no problem recommending him.

As a mid to high end Interior Design and Remodeling Company; I have contracted RENU Atlanta on several bath remodeling projects to provide and install shower enclosures. On each occasion I found Rob to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He is very honest and fully understands his products and their best applications. I have been impressed not only with the quality of the installations but also Rob’s close attention to detail and his ability to take initiative in offering professional yet cost effective solutions for unusual requirements. I had an awesome opportunity to work with Rob at a Decorator's Show House. He installed the frameless shower doors and shower hardware and was extremely detailed with his craftsmanship, for this was a small shower enclosure in the basement of the home. The project was absolutely beautiful. Rob's suggestions for the particular type of door hardware that we needed for this space was spot on and incorporated into the design wonderfully. It was a pleasure working with him and I will definitely select him for future projects.

Shower door came out amazing, price was great, installed on-time, etc... I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for glass.
