RH HOME SERVICES

I hadn't heard of Houzz until today as I was trying to find a way to submit an offical review for RH Home Services. There are no options to review via Google and when searching in the Utah.gov business listings, the business name "RH Home Services" doesn't exist. We contacted Ryan to come convert an entryway to our basement bedroom into a closet as the prior homeowner used our current bedroom as an office. When he showed up for the estimate, he arrived right when he said he would and he seemed confident he could get the job done quickly and easily. After that, things went downhill rapidly. Ryan continually told us he would be there at a certain time and he'd either show up several hours later or just not show up at all. This prolonged the length of the project by weeks. He wouldn't even tell us if he was working on another project or what was detaining him; he just would say he was leaving Ogden or leaving American Fork and was on his way but then wouldn't ever arrive at our home. This lack of transparency made it very hard to rely on anything he said. We also had him help with some plumping and repair work for my in-law's house they were trying to sell and the exact same thing happened. The amount of no-shows on his part is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to our time.
