Gutierrez Studios

We worked with the team at Gutierrez Studios on this custom fabricated steel and wood staircase for a client. Gutierrez brings many more skills to the table than a typical "ironworks" shop. This staircase required significant engineering, design and artistry. The installation was extremely detailed and neat. If you need to pull off something one of a kind - Gutierrez is the only place I would use. Looking forward to our next project!

Working with Gutierrez Studios is always a very positive experience. They are a team of extremely knowledgeable and talented craftsmen. One of the things I love most about using Gutierrez Studios on a project is the amount of time and effort they will dedicate to a project during early schematic design. Their attention to detail early on allows the designer to produce stronger, more complete drawings for construction. Any time budget is a concern, they are willing to discuss potential areas for savings or alterations to details to achieve the same quality of final product.

We had the great pleasure of working with Gutierrez Studio on a large custom waterfront home in Annapolis, MD. They were an incredible asset to the team and their involvement included a custom fabrication of a three-story cantilevered floating stair, a conference desk, a metal sculptural element for a fire pit, firescreen and fireplace utensils, and a hammered metal top for the kitchen island. Their creativity and flexibility made them a joy to work with. We would highly recommend them and look forward to working with the studio again in the future.
