Artcon Decorative Concrete

We called Rob with Artcon to seal and epoxy our entire finished basement, back in August 2019 (sorry for the delay with our review Rob!). The job started with him and Gary coming out to patch and smooth our exposed concrete, seal and epoxy with a mix of 2 colors. The job started in May and was complete by August- we had to wait many days between the sealant and epoxy work as our basement is very cool which slowed the drying and due to other jobs Rob was committed to (Rob kept us informed the entire time, and was upfront about his other jobs, which we understood and appreciated). Rob was very communicative, honest and fairly priced. We greatly enjoyed working with him. The floor came out absolutely beautiful and everyone who sees it takes notice, its easy to clean and we absolutely love it!!! We did have one spot that didnt solidify well, so Rob came back out and repaired it and its solid. We plan on calling him for the downstairs bathroom, whenever that happens ;) we love our floor- we call it the nebula floor- and recommend Artcon for any concrete or epoxy floor work!

Unprofessional and unreliable. Has “promised” over the last 3 years via numerous texts to repair my pool deck. Has not had the decency to even return a phone call despite him saying he’d email me a contract . And he calls himself “professional “? I think not!

We made the mistake of paying this company 90% of their $10,000 fee before they completed a project to refinish our pool deck and patio. The end result: project was never completed and work that was done is a complete disaster. We will need to hire another company to totally redo the work.
