His crew was supposed to remove small areas of environmental staining out of our concrete patio and then stain a dark gray color (3+ coats) and put on a sealant. Their scheduling was a mess and they never removed the old stains. Then when they stained (only 1 coat!) the patio, they splashed stain onto our no-maintenance deck stair. The stain flaked off in multiple areas after 6 months and he sent a guy out to roll another layer of stain on. Now a year later, there’s more flaking but now he refuses to fix the issue and actually told me in writing that there’s no warranty on the work! Don’t hire this company!
