**reposting as it appears my review was removed.... WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! They lied to us from the beginning, guaranteeing we would not need a retaining wall and then changed their mind after we signed all the paperwork and they had our money. Then, they continued to have no respect for our initial budget and offered zero assistance leaving us on our own to figure out how to remedy the need for the retaining wall or leveling the yard. Once we spent a massive amount of additional money leveling the yard, they placed the pool where they thought it should go without confirming that it was in fact where we wanted it placed, and then gave us attitude when we questioned the placement. Their communication through the entire project was terrible. Since we can't give zero stars, I would have justified giving them 1 star because my kids have really enjoyed playing in the pool, however now that we found a MASSIVE CRACK in the bottom of the pool less than a year after initial install, THIS COMPANY DESERVES ZERO STARS!

I had my pool recently constructed by this company for my home in Fayettsville. I already knew exactly what size and design of pool I wanted, so naturally I was excited about watching the progress slowly unfold. Parrot Bay lived up to my excitement by providing me with consistent updates and a clear line of communication. They were very professional during the pool construction process overall and I'd recommend them to others for their pool construction requirements.

They built my new fiberglass pool according to the design specifications I was interested in. As a result, my pool turned out beautifully. Their design team is highly skilled, while the project manager is accessible and communicative. I highly recommend them for your pool construction requirements. They make sure they have a firm understanding of what the customer wants before any construction modifications are made!

DO NOT DEAL WITH JAMIE BRADDY from Parrot Bay Pools & Spas in Fayetteville. She was extremely rude and her comments were discriminative. I believe she has an issue with people of color. She pre-judged my husband and I and totally disrespected us. She told us “I knew you were going to be trouble from the very beginning”. There was no trouble until she refused to give us what was promised. We were verbally promised the floor model to include the cover and steps that were attached. When the items were delivered, the steps were missing. When we called Jamie about it, she said she really didn’t want to sell us anything, she just wanted us to leave the store”. She felt that we were undeserving of the discounts we were given and she didn’t want to honor the original deal. Jamie pretended to be nice up until we paid for the hot tub. She doesn’t need to deal with customers if she’s going to be unprofessional. Her customer service was very hurtful and we will never deal with her again. Now we have to purchase steps on our own, because Jamie refused to give us the steps she originally promised.

Wow! My family loves our pool! It is the best investment we ever made. We started at the end of September and finished in early December. It was quite a large project and we are all ready for spring. The quality, the look, the service have all been spectacular. I can't say enough about this company and it's staff. I did forget to bring in my pool water right away, but now I just have them clean it for me since it's so close to spring anyway.

I just want to say thank you. We absolutely love our pool! The backyard looks fantastic. Everyone on the staff was super friendly and helpful. They called us throughout the process to give us updates on what was next. Shaun and Ron were great handling our many changes. We switched the orientation of the pool, where we wanted the water feature, and the concrete. They met with us and handled all of it. The kids are really enjoying the slide. They swam just a little this week, but overall we are so glad we have our pool ready for next summer. Thank you again.

They inspected our pool when our new home was purchased and replaced the liner as well as repaired plumbing. They did a good job all around and we are very pleased with their work. The best part is they were so thorough the previous homeowner worked it into the house price.

Parrot Bay installed our pool and my family is thrilled. They were quick and everything went just like they explained. We couldn't be happier and look forward to many years of swimming at home instead of driving to the beach. I highly recommend them.

I hired them to replace my pump and filter and was totally impressed. The staff and electrician were super professional. Everything was neat and the plumbing they changed looks better than when the pool was originally installed.

We have been completely satisfied with all the services Parrot Bay has provided. Our pool was installed last summer during a time when our area had so much rain. We chose a fiberglass salt water pool since we have dogs. Parrrot Bay scheduled all contractors and inspectors around our busy schedules Even helped out with our dogs! Everything was completed in a timely manner with professionalism. Jaimie, Shaun and their staff answered all questions and even provided Pool school. We continued to use their services through the winter since we kept our pool running. This made summer start up easy!

We have had our pool now for about 4 months. We ordered it in late Jan 14 and it was completed by the beginning of Mar 14. We had a few delays due to weather but the crew was very professional and knowledgeable. Jamie was easy to work with and asked us what we were looking for in a pool. She gave us the pros and cons of both a linear pool and fiberglass. We choose the fiberglass and couldn't be happier. We also went with the Pristine Blue for our chemicals. We have no irritation when swimming with our eyes open under water and no issues with the water getting cloudy or green even with all the rain we have had lately. We only have to test the water every two weeks and we take it to Parrot Bay and they test it for us for free. Then they give us a print out that we take home and add the chemicals as needed. It is very easy. I would recommend Jamie and Parrot Bay Pools to anyone. Great service!
