I hired Brian Cardone, Sr. the owner of Dimensional Stone to rebuild two large bathrooms in my SoHo loft. Everything went very well for the first year, then when the job was nearly done, he needed to fabricate a marble deck for a shower/tub combo. We discussed the fact that the deck had to be pitched to keep water from pooling in the corners outside the shower. He insisted that I pay for the deck in full, which I did. When the deck was installed there was no pitch. He repeatedly told me he would send someone "next week" to pitch the marble deck on site but never did. After ten months of emailing and calling and begging, I finally had to hire another company to finish the job Dimensional Tile never finished. Homeowner Beware!
