The worst company I have ever dealt with. Installed a damaged island and Mis- measured backsplash. They refused to take ownership they made excuses , they missed every promise they made over the 6 months this dragged on for. I’m the end they didn’t resolve any of the issues, at some point though you have to cut your losses. Poor work, dis honest, shameless. don’t hire this company, please!!!

Emporium Natural Stones installed a damaged and repaired Caesarstone counter top in our kitchen. The damage to the counter top occurred during the fabricating stage at the Emporium Natural Stones shop. The initial repairs where also done in the shop and then readdressed unsatisfactorily on site by a Caesarstone technician and then months later by Ivan, fromEmporium Natural Stones. Caesarstone was contacted when Emporium Natural Stones did not respond to our numerous emails and phone calls regarding our concerns. According to the Caesarstone technician, our counter top had not been professionally cleaned before installation, and yes, there definitely was in-shop repairs done to the corner of the counter top and around the cook top area. To this date, no offer to rectify the situation has been forth coming from Emporium save extremely dismissive and off hand remarks along with the offer to create a customized cutting board. Ivan at Emporium Natural Stones does admit to having installed a damaged counter top, but refuses to take responsibility. Cearsarstone initially promised to look further into this issue, but has failed to do so and has remained silent on our warranty concerns. We fully understand that this is a small issue in the grand scheme of these respective companies, but for the homeowner in question and other potential homeowners this is a huge issue. The mark of a truly respectable company is how they address their failings and make amends when things go wrong.
