Absolutely terrible. They did a job for me. Work was satisfactory. Pricing was good. My problem and to me is a major problem is the communication. They provided me pricing for a job. I told them to do it and never heard from them again. I contacted them a little over a year later. I was shocked someone answered the phone. I was told they would do two small jobs for me. Now they will not answer my calls or texts and will not respond to voicemails. Don’t waste your time with them.

I contacted Gao and Sons to complete a job that a bad contractor started, and WOW! Gao came to give me an estimate the same day and started work right away. He and his team were courteous, professional, efficient, and fair. They completed the job within a couple days and did amazing work tiling my old kitchen floor. Gao called ahead to let me know when he was coming and made sure that the work being done met his high quality standards. I never wondered about what was being done or why--I was informed throughout the process. Gao and Sons' workers were all pleasant and respectful and did the job on-time and within my budget. I recommend them whole-heartedly and without reservation! Excellent work!
