I knew going in I would have some issues using the cheapest bid I got "Always listen to your dad when he says you get what you pay for" The day before install I had the secretary send me the blueprints they made and I noticed the main counter was a inch to big. I called and the owner argued with me until finally he realized I was correct. The installers showed up as I was walking out the door since the secretary said they would be a couple hours late due to the mistake. For some reason the guy that took the measurements didn't make templates so the main piece wouldn't fit up against the wall the installers said they usually do this. I caught them right as they were about to cut my original mid-century tile backsplash. They said they wouldn't carry the counter back outside. I offer to help and told them they can't cut the tile and there is no way to find replacements. The sink install is where the fun stuff starts... The next day I got under the sink to hook up the plumbing and noticed they only used two clips to hold the under mount sink up and a used piece of wood screwed to the inside of the cabinet with one drywall screw. (Manufacture recommends every 6-8") to make it even better they removed the retainers for the faux drawer front and used drywall screws in the front of the cabinet to hold it in! I asked the secretary to send me the extra hardware the installers took with them and she said they didn't take it and the sink was fine. After multiple phone calls I talked to the owner and he said two clips was fine and I could come pick up some hardware if I would like. I asked to him to mail it since I'm never in the area during business hours. I never received any thing. Fast forward two weeks and I go the shut the cabinet door Under the sink and faux drawer front they screwed on had slid down and the door closed on it breaking it at the hinge. So now on my one day off I'm taking the cabinet door to get it repaired and buying more sink hardware.
