Grout Rescue CT

We had a leaking shower pan in a brand new shower that was installed by another contractor who cut corners and didn't care about the quality of the work. We called Grout Rescue CT to come and provide an estimate and hired them on the spot. They were everything our previous contractor wasn't. Fair, personable, responsive, and truly cared about the quality of their work. No corners cut. They used the highest grade materials. Richard, the owner, was super responsive by text and phone throughout the entire project. And John was a pleasure. He and his crew walked me through everything they were doing, even when they found shoddy construction from our old contractor. Because of all the extra damage they found, the job ended up costing considerably more than what we had both anticipated - but this was no fault of Grout Rescue CT. In fact, they even worked with me to bring the price down to something a little more palatable for me. Can't speak highly enough of these guys. Maybe not the most conventional, but definitely the best. Real professionals. I would have no issue rehiring them for the next job, and likely will for our other shower.

Highly recommend Richard and Berri- their expertise is unmatched and work was fairly priced, clean, and considerate (we had 3 young kids in the house while work was being completed). Will use again.

I hired Grout Rescue a while back and they did an amazing job repairing the broken tiles that were leaking in my shower for a reasonable price. I'd highly recommend their services.

I was referred to Richard by the contractor that remodeled my bathroom. We wanted an expert opinion on what to do on some grout that was becoming dirty too quickly. Richard was very responsive offering to come over the same day that I called. When he came over, he was pleasant enough at the door. When I showed him the floor, he volunteered some potential causes and offered to try to clean a sample area to see if he could rectify the issue. He went to his car and retrieved some brushes and cleaner and set to work on the sample area. After working on it, he indicated that we would really not know if that would do it until it dried. While walking back out to leave, I said thank you, I will let you know how it looks when it is dry...and then while walking out the door, with his back to me said " don't bother, I have no interest in helping you..." and went to his car. I was dumbfounded...what just happened? We had a very pleasant conversation while in the house, why did he say that? While walking back to my home office I suddenly got text messages from him while he was in his car in my driveway...Complained that is was a tiny floor. Waste of his time. I should have let him complete the floor...the same floor that he had said "let's try a sample". I have no idea what prompted this wholly unprofessional response from him, but if that is the way that he runs his business and treats his customers...I would certainly not recommend him to anyone else.

Revitalized my bathroom and brought it back to its original luster!!! Awesome workmanship, quality, and integrity. Reasonable prices. Prior my bathroom was in disarray with mildew in hard to reach places. I'm so glad to have to peace of mind of a clean bathroom!
