Jacob Hayles Tile

I just hired Jacob to solve a problem that several other tile contractors could not fix. The shower in my guest bathroom wasn't draining properly due to the fact that the original shower floor was improperly installed (not enough slope, weep holes had been blocked, etc.). The other quotes I received from contractors were not only significantly higher than the one I got from Jacob, but required more time and additional investment ($!) in materials. Jacob did not merely replace the tile floor. He tested for leaks (even explored my crawlspace), fixed the drainage problem, did a beautiful job of installing the river rock tile (no seams whatsoever), and went the extra mile to diligently protect everything he touched.
