I was desperate to find a discontinued tile. Magic Floors had the tile, Nelly held my hand throughout the ordering process, and went out of her way to arrange shipping to California. The customer service I received from Nelly was outstanding.

Magic Floors is the absolute best place to buy tiles. Nelly was professional, courteous, and superb in helping me select the correct tile size and plan the layout of the tile. I was amazed at the low price of the tile I selected; in fact, I priced the tile at another vendor first and Magic Floor's price was dramatically lower. The entire process from ordering to pick-up was flawless. I called Nelly many times to ask her all sorts of design questions and she was always helpful, super friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Magic Floors ROCKS and is the only place I will go to for my flooring needs. Special thanks to Nelly for all of her hard work and top-notch customer service.

For couple of years I was preparing myself to implement "the project of the century, a.k.a. kitchen remodeling". I've heard horrible stories of enormous amount of money spent, contractors dishonesty, low quality products supplied, and months and months of delays. I checked couple of reputable places in the area, talked to different suppliers, their subcontractors, customers, and finally found "THE ONE". "THE ONE" happened to be a company called "Magic Floors", located on the Franklin Mills Blvd, in Philadelphia. David, one of the co-owners of the shop, personally created completely new design of my kitchen, explained to me pros and cons of dealing with different manufactures of kitchen cabinets, meticulously crunched every inch of my kitchen space in the blue prints of the design, ordered all the cabinets which were delivered exactly on the date which was promised, and oversaw the project from day one till the very end when the last screw was banged into the frame. I couldn't be more happier with the results, and believe me, I'm a very picky customer who knows exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it to be done. I highly recommend Magic Floor as a company which could deliver quality products of tiles, backsplashes, kitchen cabinets and accessories.

I recently purchased ceramic tile and grout from Magic Floors. Alex and Nelly were very easy to work with and were very courteous and professional. They had my tile in stock and at a great price. It arrived from the warehouse promptly, with no problems. Nelly also helped me choose a grout that would look good with my tile. They have a large selection of tile and backsplash material in their store with access to much, much more. I will definitely give them a call when I'm ready to do my next project!

We had our complete kitchen remodel done a few months ago. We purchased cabinets and floor and backsplash tiles from Magic Floors. The choice of tiles was superb and the pricing was very competitive. Would recommend discussing tile grout options with David. The quality of cabinets is good, but we did not really compare the pricing and quality with other brands and/or distributors. We went with KitchenCraft New Haven doors in Maple Tuscan. They look contemporary, but not too modern, very sophisticated and rich in color. We had a few issues with cabinets, but all of them were successfully resolved with David's help. We are very happy with customer service at Magic Floors and would recommend this company for any home remodeling projects.
