I really could not be more disappointed in our experience....I actually went back to Marmol because they did my kitchen counter a few years ago and the experience was great. This time around it was the exact opposite. Maybe new management??? To start, after we chose our stone it took several weeks for them to come out and measure. The person that measured said he did not need the faucet....After they measured it took several more weeks and ENDLESS calls to have them finally come to install. Once they arrived it was clear that the person who measures needed the faucet details because the backsplash did not fit properly. The worst part was the stone was CHIPPED in several places....The install damaged my wall and on top of that, I needed to drive to pick up the backsplash once they cut it properly to fit with the faucet. Overall this was the worst experience I could have imagined. We called after the fact and spoke with the owner.....he never followed up or offered any solution. Really a pathetic response to a distressed client.
