If you only go to one source for tile and stone this is the place. Not only is the selection outstanding, the customer service is also superb. As a designer I appreciate their help putting my design schemes together, and the fact that they always treat me like family. All materials are ready when promised, and the custom slab work is done right the first time. I once had a horror situation where I had to fire a contractor in the middle of a project, they recommened a pro who came in and was able to save the day without having the rip out all the work that had already been done.

We used Mondial for our kitchen renovation. Their staff was extremely helpful in not just out selecting of the countertop stone but the exact slab. We went the honed, absolute black granite. They were also helpful in selecting tile for the backsplash. Purchases, returns, measuring, etc., was all easy. We just moved and are planning another renovation and plan to use them again.

Bought tile from these folks for a bathroom and for a mudroom in, oh, '08 and '14. Excellent, design-wise advice on tile choices, happy to spend time with customer working out tile designs, great selection of tile. Rosanna especially welcoming and thoughtful about tile designs and tile jobs. Cost below is not for full project but for tile only.

Family owned. Friendly and warm, a pleasure to work with. I bought some of my tiles, grout, and my stone from them for two bathroom renovations. Readily provided samples. They did not mind I was sourcing other tile from another place. Definitely recommend.
