TILEZZ

The tiles themselves are nice. But I've never encountered such an insane shipping and delivery situation. We ordered ~$350 worth of tile for our kitchen floor. The shipping cost came to $300. I contacted the company to ask how that could possibly be the case, and they insisted there was nothing that could be done to lower the shipping cost. OK. Fine. We had committed to a design with these particular tiles, so we sucked it up and paid. But then delivery day came, and we discovered what $300 in shipping charges buys you (or rather does not buy you): The delivery company they use has been told not to being anything inside, even inside a building lobby on the ground floor. So our tiles were left outside on a wet Brooklyn sidewalk for us to carry in ourselves. When we did, we realized the tiles had all been packaged in flimsy, beat-up cardboard boxes, some barely holding together, with no padding or protection whatsoever. Incredible stuff. Never again!

They were able to deliver my order very quickly. Prices are reasonable and products are high quality. Great customer service and they follow up. I have been ordering for all my projects from them for about 2 years never had an issue.

I ordered a multi tone peach tile in a large quantity. I received a neon orange tile that was all the same color tone. The seller refuses to refund my money unless I pay over $350 to send them back. I was forced to open an item not as described case on the entire order because of this. This company DOES NOT thrive on customer service as they want you to believe. The owner seems to never want to lose a cent even when it is his fault for drop shipping low quality Chinese tiles.

The marble switch plate covers were great; however, I received a defective item (1 of 7 pieces). Tilezz was unwilling to send me a return shipping label for my item without me taking pictures. I have been through this before, and this request inevitably sparks a series of back-and-forth communications and I was unwilling to invest the time for a $22 piece. Since the blemishes were on the face of the cover, photos would not show the imperfections. Ultimately, I had to purchase a replacement piece. The returns policy does not list the requirement for photos as part of the return process. Their customer service "manager" would not escalate the issue or forward the matter to senior leadership. Essentially, I can only communicate with him. I disputed the charge, and this has gone unresolved for the past month.

We purchased $2,900 worth of 2x8 Thassos tile. When we received it we began opening the boxes and going through the shipment and immediately realized almost the entire shipment was flawed. All of the tiles were different thicknesses. Many were chipped and many of them looked like a completely different tile. Huge variations. Some even had beveled edges. Most importantly, the thickness inconsistencies caused the tile be unusable. The owner was very difficult and tried forcing us to keep the tile. Very rude and unprofessional. We sent pictures and he kept trying to get out of making the return. Had to file a dispute with credit card company.

Easy to work with, answered all my questions and gave good suggestions for improvements on my projects. Went back to them many times; the entire staff great to work with. They will minimize shipping costs for you in a thoughtful way

I purchased my tiles from Tilezz after I spotted them on the internet and read the reviews given by former customers. I went on their site and was pleasantly pleased by their products and pricing. As soon as my 4 piece bathroom renovation is complete, I will send Tilezz photos of the gorgeous tiles I purchased from them to redo my 4 piece bathroom. Will recommend Tilezz to friends and will purchase from them again!!!
