Frank left in the middle of a job after multiple repairs were needed. He agreed to refund the amount necessary for the repairs when we found a new tiler. We have since completed the job with a new tiler, but Frank has not responded to months of attempts to collect. His work that was done was both shoddy and his conduct has been unprofessional. Frank Van Brunt's inability to respond to the contractual obligations and promises he made to repair the work makes Creative Installations a company that noone should consider hiring.

I can trust Frank and his team with any level project, knowing it will be completed skillfully and professionally. Frank did a beautiful job preparing the fireplace for tile, setting the tile perfectly& grouting it. It looks absolutely stunning . He is a very professional installer, who knows his trade& is very timely, neat & reasonable. I highly recommend this company for myself & my interior design clients.
