Ron and his team were professional and communicative from beginning to end. They traveled two hours to our job on three separate occasions (initial bid, final measurements/templating, and installation) and never complained. Ron also met me at the granite yard to confirm what sections of the slab we wanted as part of our project. James River did the job right and to our satisfaction. I highly recommend!
