The Tile Smith

We were initially impressed with John's work on our two bathroom floors and one walk-in shower. However, upon using the shower, we discovered it was pooling water and did not drain properly. When we contacted John about it, he--without coming to look at it---told us it was a "maintenance shower" and to live with it. After practically begging him to come see it, he admitted the floor was wrong and agreed to fix it...three months later. Then, after he came to fix it, water was still pooling and not draining properly. At that point, John refused to return any of our calls or emails. We now have to pay someone else to fix his work. I would not recommend the experience.
