I did my due diligence, received 3 quotes for 17 full replacement windows in my 2 story townhome condo. At the last moment, not really understanding the substantial difference in pricing from each company, my Property Manager suggested I call Sam at 360 Degree Construction. It was the best homeowner decision I've ever made. Sam and I met, spoke for an hour or so and discussed the project, All done without pressure or trying to sell me more than I needed. Over the 2 hours, I got to know a more about Sam, the company and the installers who be doing the install. I was given a quote and I placed the order. The install couldn't have gone better. The two crews I met were very skilled and took as much time making sure the inside of the window trim looked as good as the outside of the window. The Pella Window Choice was the best for my home. A beautiful job at a fair price. I would give 360 Degree Construction my highest recommendation. Thank you Sam and crews, job well done.

Sam and his crew are an absolute pleasure to work with. We hired his team to complete a deck resurfacing project, reset a leaking french door, and repair damage under the door. Overall his team was extremely professional, thorough, and really treated our house as if it was their own. Beautiful Job. They were able to help take our idea and enhance the look and feel of the room with their quality work. We took a regular window and turned it into a space that invites you to come in and enjoy the view. The job was planned and executed in an efficient manner and the disruption in the rest of our home was minimal. Pricing was fair and very competitive.

360 Degree Construction owner and his professionals did an excellent job in replacing the Pella large 3 panel Kitchen window with a new one. From their measuring for the project to the installation of the new window, the professionals were knowledgable, on time, totally careful with everything in my kitchen during the installation and totally conscientious. They cleaned up all of the old window sections and left my kitchen floor and walls so perfect that no one could tell it was a just installed window. Thank you .

I found this company by searching the web as most of us would do if you don't have a referral from somebody. To my luck, I hit the jackpot. This company has been in business for a long time. They specialize in doors and windows. That's all they do. On top of that, they're Certified Pella Window Installers (which by the way, is hard to find). So, on a Saturday morning, my husband and I met the owner (Sam) and from that moment, I knew he was going to be the one doing my windows. I can only speak for myself, but I know as soon as I met somebody if that person is worth my time or not. And he certainly got my attention. He came in, listen to what we wanted to do. What kind of windows we wanted and on that note, he showed us some brochures, he took some measurements and he told us that in a few days he will send us an estimate. Sure enough. By Wednesday of the following week we did and after a few chats between him and us and his team, we placed the order. Last week, they came in and they installed the windows. They did a fantastic job doing it. Very polite crew. Kept the dust to a minimum and clean up before they left. In other words, this job was very successful. To the point that I told Sam that from now on, he's my go window and door guy for all my needs and friends and family. You won't regret it. 360 Construction will make you happy with the whole process from beginning to end.

Sam and the 360 Degree Construction team did a great job on my project. It was a small project but nevertheless they stepped in when I was challenged with the manufacturer and helped walk it through the ordering process right up to delivery. Every interaction with them was a positive can do attitude. I would high recommend 360 Degree Construction.
