We at BNT Services Inc. offer an absolute turn key service when it comes to replacing your windows doors. We offer PGT products at a great discount combined with a flawless installation. BNT Services Inc was founded in 2009 by Tom Zeschke and Bret Robbins when they decided to combine their mutual experience to form a dynamic company that offers the very best total experience when purchasing a very important component to houses here in South Florida. Tom Zeschke has been involved in the window industry here in South Florida since his High school days in the early 90’s. He is a former owner of TZ Window Inc that was located in Deerfield Beach and serviced the builders involved in the building boom in the 90’s and early 2000’s. He sold that company in 2002 and worked with a few different companies establishing window divisions for constructions companies specializing in new construction, until the opportunity presented itself to work with Bret and formulating a company with a unique talent for the residential retro-fit market here in South Florida.

I had a terrible experience with BNT company when I hired them to replace my windows. The work took a whole year to complete, which is completely unacceptable. The whole process was poorly organized, and I had to constantly follow up with the company to get updates on the progress of the work. I noticed that the new windows were not properly installed ,for this reason, they did not pass the city inspection. It was obvious that the team did not have the necessary skills or expertise to do the job correctly. To make matters worse, I later found out that the company had scammed me- not fulfilling the terms of the contract. When I tried to get in touch with the company to resolve this issue, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone. They did an ugly job of replacing my windows, and the whole process was a nightmare. If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy company to replace your windows, I suggest you look elsewhere.

They got our homeowners assoc. approval with no problem... They handled the installation perfectly. And they were here when the city came to inspect. Highly highly recommend BNT services.

The BNT team recently completed the installation of my new hurricane windows and doors. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. Each of the individuals that I worked with were friendly and professional. I would definitely BNT Services. Just this past Saturday (3/2/19), I called them to schedule an appointment to tighten up my front door knob. Approximately 1/2 later, I received a call from John Stephens who said he would be there in about an hour. He was prompt, very nice and fixed my door right away.

Great Service, Great Communications! Pros: Professional Team, Quality Work, Great Price, Discount on Permit, due to high volume seller, Custom Molding and Peep Hole installation included! A+ Cons: Too many different techs assigned to job. The inspector requested a medal piece installed; however, the tech that came was probably under the impression that he would return to complete the job. Unfortunately, someone else was sent and the inspector's note was missing. Long story short, he didn't have the part in his vehicle and the inspection failed. Other than a slight inconvenience, BNT took care of the reinspection fee and completed the job. The Impact Door Looks Great and a year later, no problems whatsoever.

Cannot say enough about BNT. We had roughly 10 contractors bid on the project, and even before seeing BNT's bid knew that they were the right ones for this job. Tom, the president of the company, came to bid the job himself. There was no salesmanship or crafty presentations to his pitch - he came in, told us what he thinks is the best (not most expensive) product for us based on our wants, and gave us a price. No haggling, no pressure etc. Even if BNT's bid hadn't come in as the lowest (which it did by about 10%), we would have likely used them nonetheless. When it came time to install, BNT's crew showed up when promised, completed the job efficiently, cleanly and PROFESSIONALLY, and came back to fix little issues immediately and thoroughly. Since we replaced every opening in our home I don't know if we'll have the opportunity to use BNT again, but if the need ever arose they would be our first and our last call.

I sincerely have to congratulate the BNT Services team for an excellent job done at my house with the installation of several PGT impact windows and doors, including large 12 ft sliding doors. The professional service started with the initial visit, done by very competent and knowledgeable personnel (Bill). The quote was precise, complete, and detailed with windows drawings. The costs very contained, with respect to several other quotes I had shopped for. The installation team provided a great service including additional fix work to other windows in the house that were not even part of the job. The team lead (Juan) provided extra efforts to complete the job with accuracy and care, going beyond the mere job requirements. The city inspection few weeks later passed without a hitch. Sincere thank you for an excellent work!
