Elegant Exteriors recently replaced a large French door leading to my deck. The wood under the door had rotted out also. Their knowledgeable, polite, skilled crew arrived promptly at 7:00 am to begin work. They removed the old door, rebuilt the supporting structures and installed the new door the same day. They returned the next work day to complete the trim work. The door looks and functions beautifully. The owner of Elegant Exteriors, Jay Gauldin, is a pleasure to work with. He promptly returned my calls and answered my questions. He is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to hire Elegant Exteriors again for any household repairs or new construction.

I am extremely pleased with the floor to ceiling windows they installed. They take pride in their work and are perfectionists. They are also very considerate of the homeowner when working in their home and clean up before they leave each day. I would highly recommend this contractor.

Wow!! is all we can say. We have a log home and even though we loved the log rails on our porches and decking they had definitely seen better days. We decided it was time to replace with Trex. Believe it or not I found Elegant Exteriors by TBS LLC via the TREX add on Facebook. There were several in our area. I called all and only got response from Jay Gauldin. He came out reviewed our massive job. We had already researched and had everything we wanted picked out and he took it from there. Yes it took a few months to complete but we had quite a few unique issues being a log home but the work got done and is beautiful. We have found no flaws anywhere and satisfied that it was done professionally correct to code every inch of the way. We were here and watched them reconstruct and make our deck and porches look awesome.

We are very thankful for Elegant Exteriors by TBS. For several years we had been trying to find a contractor (without success) to replace our deteriorating front door that consists of sidelight panels on each side of the door over which is a half round piece of glass. They 'stepped up to the plate' when no one else would and took on the project. They worked with the door company to fashion a door to fit our entrance way into our home and then made the necessary modifications to fit it onto the house. They replaced all the dry rotted-ant infested wood and placed new treated wood to create a sturdy base on which to sit the new door. Once installed, they were meticulous in finding, placing and sealing the molding around the door to enhance its appearance and keep us dry. They also are willing to come back after the project is completed to make adjustments if needed. Thank you so much Jay (and Eddie) for taking care of us:)

Elegant Exteriors replaced all of our windows and our front door. Everyone we encountered was excellent to work with. We received great communication on both of our projects from start to finish. We also received accurate quotes ahead of time and were notified when people would be coming to work at our home. Elegant Exteriors gave us exactly what we wanted.

Elegant Exteriors by TBS replaced six Andersen windows in our 30-year old home. We are very happy with the results and found them to be a "top-notch" team from start to finish. The Elegant Exteriors workers were pleasant, knowledgeable, respectful of us and our property, and took pride in doing quality work. They were very helpful in resolving issues that often occur when remodeling older homes. While our project was relatively small, our project was given the attention and communication we expected. We found Jay and the Elegant Exteriors group to be very professional, and we would definitely use them for future remodeling and/or construction projects.
