Hello. Thank you for your review. I went back to the recorded call, and with all due respect, the phone request was made for the glass replacement only, not to install it into the frame (most of our business, people just want the glass only. Also, during the call, our rep let you know that it was only a quote based on the information you gave us, as it's imperative to see the product to receive an accurate quote (for sizing, glass selection, glazing instructions, corners, etc.). When we received it, the silicone made it very difficult to remove (I promise you, we lost money in labor doing this, and didn't add additional charges to your estimate, because we just wanted to get it taken care of for you, and felt terrible for the delay that the pandemic caused. Please accept our sincerest of apologies for the delay, as during the pandemic, it wasn't our choice to close and delay projects, and if we could have gotten it done, or been allowed to have proceeded any sooner, we would have positively gotten you taken care of sooner.
