This company is closed. They left me high and dry with a defective window. Now, I am stuck with it. Their customer service department was terrible. They knew they were shutting down and said nothing.

Excellent experience with this company as we built our new home. They were informative, helpful and ever so patient as I asked many questions about their product. My house has the maximum amount of glass allowed. Ross Windows worked my framer, my architect and myself as we tweaked to ensure we were pleased with the final result. I am extremely impressed with Ross Windows and Doors- from the Sales Staff to the Production team to delivery. Fantastic people to work with. Regarding price- amazing- beat every competitor I had approached. I received no compensation for writing this review. This company was worth taking the time to write a review for. If you would like to speak with me, please contact Ross Windows and I'd be more than happy to speak to you about my experience from beginning to end. I have one window section that is 19 feet tall and 14 feet wide that I just love. I will submit photos once my house is complete.
