Scott refurbished several times a few windows for me. Always quick and reliable service. My window-man. Can only say positive things about him and his work.

Scott Philipps of Scott's Windows & Doors, LLC stood in my driveway and told me my house needed 17 sashes. 17 sashes. He left and later called me with a price of $4,810. He was paid $4,810 in 2 payments. One prior to the work being done, and one on the day of the work. He and his worker were left at the house to complete the job and I returned home expecting that a professional and complete job would be done. (I was referred to them by an employee of Scherer Bros.) The house is vacant and is being prepared for sale. To make a long story short, they did not do the basement kitchen window. It is in dire need of sash replacement as the other windows were - horribly rotted. The windows are a Scherer product installed in the house in 1993. I texted Scott that he missed one window. He denied telling me 17 sashes and said it was 14 and basically refused to finish the job, implying I would have to fork over more money. Don't let his website or the professional looking company van fool you. My experience with this individual is that he is not a honest or professional business owner. The work that they did complete isn't anything to brag about either. They were to stain and varnish the sashes to match my window frames and there's a noticeable difference in color. Now I have to find some place else to fix the window that I already paid to have fixed.

I wish I had done the work years ago. I went from trying to hide the window to showing it off. It wasn't even a whole week between my initial contact and having the work completed. Scott is a true professional.

Called Scott, he was out the same day to measure and provide an estimate. Excellent work ... meticulous. Wouldn't have my windows and doors done by anyone else! Very detailed, very knowledgeable, timely service.
