Cons: Very bad after service support and planning. I had a broken window (at the time of their installataion) and a need for changing the moulding on a couple of windows. It took them over 4 months to get the day scheduled (and this was not because of product delay) and even after that they werent prepared for the job, there was overall confusion from the guy who comes in to do the job vs the person i talk to on the phone. Pathetic display of customer service. All their promise about windows support post installation goes out the windows for me. I will use another service for the rest of my house now. Pros: Windows are good quality.

From Jack the Salesman, to John the owner to Damien and his crew, professional all the way. Left the house in and out clean.

John was prompt for his estimate appointment, explained to me some options I that I had. I use the room as my office and my desk chair has wheels, I told him I was thinking about putting down a plastic floor protector, but thanks to John asking the right questions we just added an additional finish which increases the durability and I don't need an ugly floor protector. The workmen showed up as scheduled and completed the job as promised, I was back in my office, rolling my chair, the same day, and the floor is perfect.

I can't thank them enough. They are amazing at what they do, and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for an affordable hardwood floor refinishing service. I loved how I was able to enjoy my newly refinished floors the same day. I also have small children, so the fact that they use safe and non-toxic products were a huge plus .
