Ark-La-Tex Blinds And Shutters

Was given an estimate, and paid half-down for a custom set of plantation shutters for the kitchen. The shipment arrived on time and a date was set for installation. Upon unpacking the shutters it was obvious that the shutters were the wrong size. The gentleman acknowledged that he made a mistake in the measurements. We where told that they would put a "15-Day" rush order on a new set immediately. 26 days after the original installation date, I called and was told that they had no tracking number but they were sure it was on it's way in a day or two. They would call when they had the tracking number. After waiting 2 more days for a call back I am writing this review with a large blue tarp over my kitchen windows.
