We live in NJ, but own a second home in North Myrtle Beach. We wanted to change the drapes in our condo, and found Bettie Jo online. We called and talked to her on the phone, and just by telling her what we thought we were looking for, she was able to find different patterns and sent us samples that were EXACTLY what we were looking for. She measured everything and the results are AMAZING, even better than we expected. To be able to service a customer from 600 miles away and still deliver exactly what we wanted was beyond our expectations. Thank you for being so patient, understanding, and making things happen! We had the entire house done with a coastal theme in curtains....Bettie Jo & her staff did a beautiful job very helpful from start to finish. Bettie Jo even came out to the house to get precise measurements & also was there when they were being installed to make sure everything was just right and I have to say great job! This was my first time to use Bettie Jo's; but, it will definitely not be my last. I needed two chairs and an ottoman reupholstered to complete a redecorating project at my home. I planned to use some existing fabric (also used in window treatment in the adjoining room) for the ottoman; but wanted a different fabric for the chairs. Bettie Jo came to my home with loads of fabric choices; and, before you knew it, we found the perfect one. Before she left, she contacted the upholsterer to discussed the project, gave me a written estimate; and we loaded all the pieces into her van. In less than two weeks, the upholsterer delivered everything to me. I could not be more pleased. The two fabrics totally compliment each other; and, the upholsterer did a fantastic job. Thank you, Bettie Jo, for helping me accomplish the exact look I wanted.

We had been shopping for honeycomb shades at several other stores. We found that the people at Bettie Jo's were very knowledgeable about the products they sold. They understood our needs and budget and provided good suggestions. We have 2 doors with glass inserts and Bettie Jo gave us excellent advice on what type of window treatment would work best. The quality, price, and warranty of their products was better than the other stores we had visited.
