Debbie provided us with good customer service, However, the Graber blinds that we purchased from her are very poor quality. Out of the 24 blinds we purchased for our home, we have already sent back and replaced more than half of them on warranty claims.....What a hassle, plus I'm responsible for warranty shipping charges--Ouch! I thought spending the extra $$$$ on blinds would have given me a certain degree of quality---not the case.

I would like to clarify the situation: Graber is standing behind their shades & replacing the cordless shades, at no cost to you. In the past three months, Graber has moved their processes to a more automated method that has been successful in minimizing any quality issues. The replacement shades that you will be receiving will be manufactured under this new system. Recent results have been very exciting so we hope this will make you happy. I believe your motorized shades are still working without any issues.

Blind Obsession did a very nice job in first learning what I wanted for the kitchen windows, showing me their quality blind samples, accurately measuring the windows, ordering, then installing the blinds. Debbie is customer focused, friendly, and a detail oriented professional! Her teammate husband installed the blinds precisely and efficiently. I am very pleased with the service and the top-down bottom-up blinds provided by Blind Obsession! Blind Obsession is a great company with a quality product line, and is significantly less costly than competitors for same type blinds. Highly recommend!

I heard about blind obsession from a neighbor who had used her device. My neighbor had been very pleased. I gave Blind Obsession a call. Debbie was out to measure the windows and talk about what I wanted the next day or two. The blinds were here in a very short time, I can't remember how many days but I was impressed about how quickly they arrive. Then Debbie came right out and hung them. I had a problem with one blind almost 3 years after it was hung. Debbie and the company she works with took care of it quickly, curtioisly. I could not be happier. Marie

Debra did a fantastic job for us. Everything from her high tech measurement tool to the color matching was top notch. We love the product she helped us pick and the installation was quick and easy. There was a delay on one of the products from the manufacturer but she stayed in touch and got the job done.
