I contacted this vendor for blinds on a house nearing the end of construction. I explained where we were in the building gorocess and Pegah assured me it was safe fo measure. They measured and sent me the contract and I put down 50 percent on the order. The faux wood blinds arrived first, they needed adjustments. The motorized shades didn’t fit the windows, they tried to adjust them and they looked so bad they ended up being replaced. And when the shutter arrived weeks laterthey didn’t fit the windows either. Pegah stated it is customary thah the window measurements don’t change after drywall and paint and that our builder was at fault for squaring the windows. She expected me to pay for the adjustments. Since I had already given her half down I felt I had no choice. She ended up charging me 20 percent more for the blinds. It was a bad expeience. Make sure you get all involved vendors to sign off on measurments before giving anyone a dime and also stick with known, reputable companies who know what they are doing.

Please read this - worst remodeling work done EVER. Paint chipped and runny, incomplete work - yet refuses to complete. Pegah the owner - Cannot get her employees to finish the job. Blinds have cracked and split, The door shutter doesn't close - and will not stay closed. I have called with no response (over 30 times) no text messages returned or phone call returned. Refuses to take ownership for this - DM for pictures.
