Please find a professional shade seller. This place is ridiculous. This company replaced my wireless shades to the type that have to be charged with Unsightly wires. Excuse was the company doesn’t sell the motor anymore. Not true. Called Somfy and they were shocked. Without asking for permission she has downgraded the system enormously and will have to be redone. She doesn’t bring a helper with her to do any work so anyone working in your home becomes her free assistant. Without asking of course. Months and months go by and after awhile she runs outbid excuses for not getting work done. And the bookkeeping!! Watch out. Somehow all of her mistakes get blamed on others when the problem is basic incompetence.

I found Curtain Call on the internet and gave a call without any previous recommendation. I discussed what I was looking for the style of my room and the colors and made an appointment for a home visit. Kallie requested a picture of the window which I sent in a text.I was very pleased with the samples Kallie provided, which were right on target for what I was looking for. And it was just enough choices, so I did not feel overwhelmed. I also, liked that she and very good ideas and suggestions for how to enhance the look, that I would never have thougt of. She listened carefully to my concerns and offered solutions to address them. I found Kallie to be very professionial. the service was prompl, she was clear about the timeline for delivery and completion of the project.
