As a returning customer I continue to be wowed by the professional service of the entire DLUX South Reno Team consisting of Kaitlyn, Olivia, and Carrie. This latest purchase was the Hunter Douglas Pirouette Window Shadings installed on two sets of large sliding patio doors. The fabric style is ClearView Satin Metallic with light filtering in a copper color (Copper 614) that perfectly matches the décor of the room. These automated shades allow easy access to the patio, block UV-rays while simultaneously allowing sunlight into the room and provide total exterior blackout at night for an increased sense of privacy. Also, at night the fabric color has a deep luxurious look. I am so very pleased with the South Reno Team and the products purchased. I highly recommend DLUX for your window coverings.

From start to finish, D Lux was prompt, knowledgeable and a delight to work with. We started with Olivia as our initial introduction and worked with Caitlin on the specific model and color choice. Delivery was 4 weeks and Garrett installed. No glitches and each one of interactions was delightful. We highly recommend this organization and the Hunter Douglas product.

D-Lux Window Coverings is a fantastic company to work with. It has been a great experience with Kaitlyn (sales), Natasha (project management), and Zach (installer)! Kaitlyn helped guide us through choosing whole house window coverings that suited our aesthetic and desired function, while staying within our budget. Her demo is top notch and we also made a trip to the showroom where Natasha was able to show us larger samples we could see and operate. The Hunter Douglas Powerview system is better than we imagined. We splurged on that for a few of our hard to access windows and are so glad we did! Great products, amazing customer service!

While we did not purchase our Hunter Douglas blinds through DLux Window Coverings (a locally owned family business) for our office, Natasha has been amazing to work with assisting us with a warranty issue. DLux windows did an amazing job with my project. After having a horrible experience with , they were amazing. I had a custom valance made from them and wasn't happy and they replaced it no questions asked. Kathy was great with helping me choose fabric, Carrie and Kathy did great job with installation. Carrie even replaced some handles on blinds purchased from another company free of charge. DLux goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Great job! Like Show more reactions
