I have been having my floors changed from carpet to wood floors. The main reason that I always have Franey's do my floors is for their quality and workmanship. From start to finish you always know what is going to happen. Could I get it done cheaper, probably so but then I have to deal with several contractors plus I lose the quality. Ed and Vincent just installed wood in my dining room and kitchen and the thing that impressed me most was they were talking about lining up the planks in the living room with their project. Another FANTASTIC JOB by Franey's.

Franey's takes care of their customers! Great products, wonderful advice, patient and courteous customer service, meticulous installers, and they stand behind their products. Diane, their designer, stepped in and saved us when a previous designer abandoned us at a critical time in our remodel project. Wish I had known about Diane from the get-go. She's amazing.

Recently Franeys installed new carpet in my home. I am very please with the quality of the carpet and the pad which was place underneath the carpet. Jose and Shane installed the carpet. Both men were efficient and pleasant to work with. They were able to answer all my questions regarding the carpet and point out areas which might need adjusting such as the closet door in one room dragging on the carpet. This is the second house that Franeys has done for me. In both cases I was very pleased. I have had another company in the downtown area replace my flooring and it came out terribly and they cheated me out of $1,000. You may feel as if you paid more for Franeys to do the work, but believe me it is worth every penny. Thanks Franeys!

We had been searching for an over-sized area rug for our family room that needed to pull together our tan tile flooring with our new gray furniture. We had been unsuccessful, so we decided to check out Franey's. From start to finish their staff went to great lengths to guide us through the process. We had so many more options in regard to color and style and were able to order a piece of carpeting cut to our exact specifications and then have it bound. We are so pleased with the outcome and the professional and personal service that we received. Travis and Collin expertly laid the finished product, making sure it was precisely where we wanted it! We had 2 types of flooring installed this time, carpeting and vinyl. The vinyl has the look of laminate and was even installed like laminate flooring. It turned out beautiful. The carpet is beautiful & they rolled all the door edges under instead of using the metal borders - looks amazing! /we are thrilled with our new floors!

Jose and Hugo were the gentlemen that came to install our carpet. We had the entire 2nd story of our home carpeted including the stairway which was a difficult piece. They actually made the stairway look better than when we built the house 23 years ago. Very happy with carpet and service.

We just had our wood floor repaired. We had a minor scratch and wanted to fixed. Eric and Matt did an excellent job. We also had ordered a new area rug which Dave Franey help pick out. Every thing was completed to our satisfaction. They excellent work and have used Franey's for all of our floor needs.

We recently had wood floors installed in five rooms of our newly built custom home. Working with Dave Franey and his staff at Franey Floor Covering was a rare delight in an otherwise stressful and costly project. Not only did Dave go well out of his way to accommodate our multiply shifting installation dates (due to a less than reliable general contractor and some wicked winter weather) but he completed the work on time and on budget. Salesman arrived on time as scheduled, measured and scheduled installation. Installers arrived on time as scheduled. Installers were neat and professional. Installation went as described, they removed and replaced furniture, cleaned up after themselves, and finished job was excellent.
