gotcha covered

It was refreshing to work with Terri, the owner of Grand Terrace, California Gottcha Covered. She is warm, friendly, and very professional. She works within your budget, is well connected to her fabric companies and installer (who is wonderful as well). She came to my home well prepared with an array of beautiful fabric samples; and following our initial meeting communicated regularly via text, email, and phone as she kept me updated on the project. She wants her clients to "love" their purchase and will work hard to achieve customer satisfaction. Working with Terri was easy and non-stressful. One of the curtains arrived snagged and not as ordered, Terri immediately remedied the problem and another curtain was ordered. Before finding Gottcha Covered (Terri) while browsing HOUZZ, I had hired a local woman to make my curtains and there were multiple “red flags” from the beginning; she was hesitant about what I wanted, she was 2 hours late to shop for material, and she hadn’t even brought the window measurements! After finding Terri, and following our first conversation, I knew she was who I needed, regardless of the money I had already put into the original project. I let go of the other woman, paid her for the work she had already completed (which turned out to be a foot too short for the window) and hired Terri; and I was not disappointed! My experience was 5 stars.
