About Us

Vera's love of sewing started as a teenager in high school, making prom dresses and then later clothes for her daughters. It wasn’t until years later, 17 years ago to be exact, that she started working in a commercial work room fabricating draperies and window treatments. After a couple of years, she decided that her creative ability was not being utilized to her full potential, so she decided to let her creativity flow and start her own business.

As an Interior Design business owner / Designer, I would highly recommend Vera - It’s So Vera! Pricing is very competitive, attention to detail is excellent and I have yet to find another workroom that can compete with her time frames and customer service! Client projects range from simple throw pillows to elaborate custom bedding and window coverings.

I highly recommend Vera! I had her cover cushions for me for an antique rocker and picked a plaid fabric and she had everything matched up beautifully with zippers in each cushion so they could be easily removed if necessary. I was so pleased that I also had her cover a king size headboard for me and her work is so precise and professional. I will most certainly use her again for other projects I have been waiting to get done. I’m attaching photos to show off her work.
