I should have read the reviews before I contacted M Design!! These people have absolutely no follow through. They ignored emails and phone calls for months on end. I finally got them to come to the house to take measurements and give an estimate....and then they completely disappeared again. This is no way to run a business. I very highly recommend that no one even try to use their services. If you do....you'll definitely regret it. Very disappointed. I'm only giving them a 1 star rating because that is the minimum you can give.....if I could give them no stars I would have.

I had a terrible experience with this company. Although they handled my large upholstery items well, they did a terrible job with the decorative pillows I wanted them to recover. They made two of the four neckroll bolster covers way too small (even though I had left a neckroll bolster as a sample) and they failed to return one of covers I had left as a sample, or to give me the fabric that was left over (I had, of course, paid for it). They also failed to return the inserts for two other decorative pillows I had left with them as samples. After committing to make things right, they stopped returning phone calls or texts. They ignored an email I sent later, asking for a refund and a return of my property.

I have used M Designs in Sheffield, Massachusetts for years. They are excellent. They have recovered chairs, sofas and we have always been very pleased.
