Revision Design Studio

Revision Design Studio was founded by Nancy Bramwell after a literal lifetime of design and business experience: Nancy began creating with fabric as soon as she could reach the pedal of the sewing machine, and she started redecorating her room when she was strong enough to move things around. After earning her BFA in Costume Design, Nancy opened Bramwell Designs, a special event décor business. Using fabric as her primary material, she created fantastical environments that wowed guests and lead a typical client to exclaim: “It’s one of the pleasures of my job to have an idea, turn it over to someone as talented and creative as you are, and get such a spectacular return product.” In 1996, one of her special event clients asked Nancy to create window treatments for her daughter’s room, and Nancy’s window coverings career was launched. As life so often has it, window treatments lead to bed coverings and pillows and cushions and all the rest. Nancy has built Revision Design Studio into more than just a sewing workroom. Sourcing fabric and drapery hardware. Being a Hunter Douglas dealer. Expanding into motorization. All of these keep Revision Design Studio on the cutting edge of the window coverings world.
