The subcontractor that they used to install the carpeting in the two bedrooms actually told me to SHUT UP. We got into an argument over the fact that I wanted to leave my internet modem plugged in while they did the carpeting in the smaller bedroom/office. I work off the internet. He actually threatened to leave without doing the work unless I unplugged the tiny box because it would be in his way. SERIOUSLY??? Also, Sunshine Interiors told me 9am but the contractor 9-10am. I started to think that I was being stood up but they finally showed at 9:55am. I would strongly recommend not hiring this company.

We greatly appreciate your review. We closely monitor every review to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. We will be using this information to make changes in our processes. We will modify our installation time slots to a larger window (2 hour windows) and also change the crews we utilize. We try to communicate as well as possible necessities for a proper and quality installation. Sometimes we fall short. We will definitely try to do better in this area in the future.

Awesome job hanging all new blinds through out our entire house! We have a lot of over sized windows and three large slinging doors that all look fabulous now!
