My wife and I were not a hard sale for JB, we felt shortly after meeting him that he would be a man of his word, would not disappear after the sale, and stand behind his product. Five years later, all the aforementioned proved true, what very little service we did need, Joe was right there to take care of. Not only did we furnish our Arizona home with great new Hunter Douglas shades by meeting JB, we also made great new friends in him and his wife Sandy!

I worked with Joe Barnett with Reflective Design in 2016 on all my window treatments for my new condo in Troon North. Joe was easy to work with and not “pushy” at all. He made some great suggestions regarding color and design even suggesting that I didn’t really need something that I thought I did. Over four years there have been zero issues. We had the pleasure of working with JB after we first met at a Networking group. I told him about some issues I was having with our Hunter Douglas blinds purchased a few years before. He came by the house to check them out and had the company replace them! No Hassles at all!! When we had a flood in our home and had to replace the blinds in our family room, guest room and the carpet replaced in our entire home, I immediately contacted JB. He took care of us very well and I would highly recommend him!
