Veteran Blinds and Shutters

We have been waiting a very long time for our shutters, we paid a 1,000 deposit in which they cashed right away and we are unable to get a hold of anyone for the status of our shutters. They will not answer emails or return any calls. Do NOT use this company it’s horrible and I will be filing a claim.

Don't waste your time. This business has no communication & don't reply back either. Mike will take your down payment and disappear. Look somewhere else

I order my blinds as of August 8 2022 I put $2700 as a deposit down and it’s now been 4 months and I been texting and calling and emailing Mike and his response has not been on a timely matter or not no response back I had to wait and deal with the owner going on vacation along with him telling me that he had 2 deaths in his family basically telling me that I had to wait and I been asking for my deposit back and I don’t not want to continue service with this company and just want my money back Mike told me it would only take 2 months it’s now 4 months Mike picked up my check and cashed the check the next day it is now November 7, 2022 and I still do not have my blinds in my house I do not recommend this company for blinds sorry to say and this is not right and I don’t have $2700 to just go to waist $2700 is a lot of money
