We purchased for our whole house Hunter Douglas shades from Wndow creations by Steve. They were the most competitive in their pricing. But most important their installation was meticulous,and we found him to be very honest. These qualities are hard to find in these times. We certainly made the right decision in using them. I purchased $5,000 worth of window shades and everything was fine until one shade had a problem and needed to be repaired past the warranty period. Steve came out and said he does NOT repair shades although I wanted to pay him for the repair. Buyer beware when purchasing from a firm that does NOT make repairs on the product they sell.
