It seems that the company has gone out of business. They stopped following up on my order which I should have received weeks ago. Their website is offline. They have seen my Facebook chats but have not responded. They have not responded to emails and their phone is disconnected. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and am keeping my fingers crossed that they will provide the reimbursement. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I have not had a pleasant experience so far with Zebrablinds.com so far. I placed an order for 7 blinds with an expected shipping time of 3--7 weeks. The order was placed on March 4. Once in manufacturing, the expected ship date was April 17. When I checked in mid April, the date was changed to April 28. When I went online on May 3rd to check status, it still showed completion date of April 28. When chatting with their online customer service, they showed no further delays expected but an updated completion date of May 9. When I checked today, May 8, they now show a completion date of June 15. I told them my house goes on the market on May 15th, and the delays are horrible for such a small order. They said there would be no further delays, " We aren't expecting any further changes as your order is showing in full production and on no material holds." Amazing how things change in a couple of days. I will have the house sold before the blinds ever arrive. I have asked for a complete refund and to speak with management. We'll see what their reply will be.

great ! no need to go anywhere. When I moved to my new home, I bought Cheap blinds of my window coverings from them. they have more fantastic products then other. will order in future.
