We are City of Oaks Home Repair and Restoration, LLC. Over 25 years of construction experience. We specialize in Kitchen Cabinet Installation, Complete Kitchen Renovations, Custom Cabinet Finishes. If you choose to repaint your existing cabinets, we refinish bathroom and kitchen cabinets with the highest quality water bourn tinted lacquers. We meticulously mask off the room where the work is being done to make sure that the overspray doesn’t get all over your homes. We use earth friendly water bourn tinted lacquers, so your home isn’t filled with those harsh solvent-based lacquer odors for days, or even weeks. We take those unattractive 80’s ,90’s stained cabinets and bring them up to date with modern colors and can even replace your old cabinet doors with new modern doors and paint them to match your new freshly painted cabinets to totally transform your bathroom and kitchen at a fraction of the price of total cabinet replacement. We also install and finish Crown Moulding, Baseboard, Chair Rail, Bead board, & Wainscoting throughout the house. Among other various construction projects. Three projects quoted quickly, scheduled promptly and completed well within the agreed schedule. Projects included kitchen cabinetry, exterior deck cap and railings, and built-in desk replacement with a beaded board accent nook. Mike and Tyrone listened to the projects’ requirements, were flexible with changes along the way, and found the right materials for the projects. The cost and time required fit the projects and the carpentry work was excellent.

We had a custom closet put in a historic home. They came and did all the finishing work. We had to pull all the base out and they cut it back in! It looks fantastic! They also repaired and painted around a new fixture we had done in the closet. Looks like nothing ever happened! They were prompt, reasonable and so respectful of our home! They even finished 3 days ahead of schedule! They left with a new list of projects!

City of Oaks Home Repair and Restoration is professional and reliable. They provide wonderful work, and also spent time to help me figure out my kitchen pantry layout. It was small with wire shelving and empty space top and bottom. They made sure I was satisfied and understood the design drawing before starting. They removed the old shelving, patched the holes and painted the walls. The end product is just fantastic, and I have beautiful and organized pantry that I enjoy going into with lots of spacing and adjustable shelving. City of Oaks Home Repair and Restoration also installed wired security cameras (4) on the outside of my home. Connected the cameras to my television and cell phone, so that I can bring each camera up and view at any time. Love it - I recommend City of Oaks Home Repair and Restoration highly. Mike and Tyrone are very professional and quite pleasant to work with. Most importantly, their work is guaranteed. 2/2018
