We have had a few projects completed by Iglehart Construction. Thanks for all of our remodeling and repair projects. Our kitchen and dining room look fantastic. The removal of the drop ceiling makes our kitchen feel so much bigger. Cabinet installation, water damage repair, insulation installation and so much more. We will always call you for all of our home projects. Thank you for making our home more beautiful and comfortable!

I bought an older condo in Kirkland and decided to do a complete remodel before moving in. Johnny was recommended by a friend and so I hired him to do the bulk of the work. I’m really glad I did, as Johnny has good experience in many of the trades, and also does excellent work. He gave me a fair bid for the work up front, and that’s what I ended paying, except for some extra work I added to the scope for which he wrote up a change order. As can be expected, we also ran into a few issues along the way, for which Johnny was able to suggest viable solutions. All in all, I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Johnny again, and would highly recommend him for any construction projects, big and small … Gary

I would highly recommend Iglehart Construction for projects large and small, on a T&M basis or fixed bid. Communication, collaboration, planning, and estimating prior to mobilization is clear and reliable. Performance and craftsmanship is high, and cleanliness throughout the process is a nice touch. They have the ability to self-perform a wide range of trades but engage specialty subcontractors when appropriate. Their ability to fit into my family's schedule is convenient and our projects have ended on time. They have a great sense of design and style, and appreciate the beauty in the details.

Johnny did a total repair of our balcony in November/December 22. We had difficulty finding a contractor who specialized in applying polyurethane professional grade coating and luckily for us we got his referral through another professional. Johnny explained the whole process and assured us that he could navigate around some very rainy days to get the job completed in the estimated time frame. We are very happy with our newly repaired balcony and delighted to have the space back again in time to enjoy the long summer days. Johnny is a true gentleman and professional and we would have no hesitation in recommending him.
