We had a water leak in the upstairs master bath. Unfortunately it came down through the walls and leaked under our wood floors downstairs. After dealing with insurance I called several companies to get bids. I called 3 or 4 but only 2 actually came out to give me a bid. Calvin was one of them. The other guy came out and after some back and forth trying to get some clarification on certain things he stopped answering my calls. I guess I dodged a bullet there. Once we settled on the scope of the project we signed a contract with Calvin and his team. It took a couple of weeks to get the materials we needed but as soon as they came in they got started. Wes was our lead guy. We couldn't have ask for nicer guy to spend the next month in our house. I say next month because we decided to remodel the kitchen with new counter tops and cabinets. We also remodeled the whole master bath. I mean, while its being demoed why not do upgrades. Calvin being quite the salesman talked us into all the upgrades and the price certainly did hurt his case. All the guys working for Calvin were very professional and very detailed. The floors, the tile, the new seamless glass shower all look great. When the final bill came in I paid it and didn't think twice about the punch list. I walked through the whole house writing down what most people would think is petty BS. When I gave the list to Calvin he already saw all the stuff I had and some I didn't see. All this after he was completely paid. Imagine that. A contractor that comes back to do the final punch list AFTER they have been paid!!! I can't say enough about Calvin and his team. Although we were ready for them to leave after a month it could not have gone any smoother.

Calvin and his crew were great to work with! They did our basement renovation and it was a huge job. It included 2 full bathrooms, an office, kitchen, and bedroom. Any issue that came up was handled professionally and resolved to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Calvin, and will be going to him for all future renovations.

I requested an estimate online for an electric fireplace to be installed with a stone wall surrounding it and rustic mantel. They responded promptly, showed up as they said they would and advised me on how to best complete this, product suggestions, etc. Then again promptly put together an estimate and timeline. And again, showed up as promised and did an amazing job with the result exactly as I wanted. Communications were always easy. The payment process was easy. I was so pleased I am now working them on a larger project.

Kitchen renovation was completed in a month - and we are loving our new space! Calvin made some great suggestions for design and Wes put it all together!

Calvin and his crew worked their magic turning our dark, scary basement into a bright, beautiful apartment for my aging mother who recently moved in with us. Even though we already had an idea of the floor plan we wanted, Calvin made some design suggestions, such as adding a pony wall to incorporate a support beam. This addition gave the apartment a separate office space which my mother loves! If any issues arose during construction, Calvin addressed concerns quickly and satisfactorily. He was easy to contact via phone call, text, or email and responded immediately. He and his whole crew are professional and their attention to detail commendable. My mother can’t wait to move into her new apartment, just in time for the holidays! We couldn’t be more happy with the work of MWR, LLC!

My deck is sturdy, well built and absolutely gorgeous. Just in time for the summer and spending a lot of time outside!

The men of MWR did a fantastic job on my master bath remodel. I had started the job myself 2 years ago but lost the physical ability to complete it after just doing the demo of the old shower. tub, and tile floor. MWR was actually willing to come in and complete the job for my wife and I. Many contractors will not do that for you. I wanted a high end steam shower kit installed and they did that as will as a new vanity with marble top. They removed and sided over an existing window and added a new window where we wanted one. They also added seamless vinyl flooring that my wife and I prefer over tile or wood. My wife and I are very satisfied with their work. So much so they are rebuilding our back deck and re-siding our home.
