msehi It would, with some modifications in this space. I would change the dark window valance to a white sheer panel, clean the clutter on top of the cabinets, choose a shorter vase and move it to the side. About the appliances... I am not sure if the white dishwasher would go with the cabinets; but we work with what we have...

I like the idea of storing dishes in the island like this with pull out drawers so that guests can easily find them. If I got a range, this is the one I would get. I also like the subway tile, and the idea of using a different surface and color on the island.
