Tub/shower combo - mid-sized contemporary 3/4 tub/shower combo idea in Los Angeles with shaker cabinets, white cabinets, a two-piece toilet, beige walls, an undermount sink and solid surface countertops

We created this beautiful accessible bathroom in Carlsbad to give our client a more functional space. We designed this unique bath, specific to the client's specifications to make it more wheel chair accessible. Features such as the roll in shower, roll up vanity and the ability to use her chair for flexibility over the fixed wall mounted seat allow her to be more independent in this bathroom. Safety was another significant factor for the room. We added support bars in all areas and with maximum flexibility to allow the client to perform all bathing functions independently, and all were positioned after carefully recreating her movements. We met the objectives of functionality and safety without compromising beauty in this aging in place bathroom. Travertine-look porcelain tile was used in a large format on the shower walls to minimize grout lines and maximize ease of maintenance. A crema marfil marble mosaic in an elongated hex pattern was used in the shower room for it’s beauty and flexibility in sloped shower. A custom cabinet was made to the height ideal for our client’s use of the sink and a protective panel placed over the pea trap.

Modern functionality meets rustic charm in this expansive custom home. Featuring a spacious open-concept great room with dark hardwood floors, stone fireplace, and wood finishes throughout.

In this whole house remodel all the bathrooms were refreshed. The guest and kids bath both received a new tub, tile surround and shower doors. The vanities were upgraded for more storage. Taj Mahal Quartzite was used for the counter tops. The guest bath has an interesting shaded tile with a Moroccan lamp inspired accent tile. This created a sophisticated guest bathroom. The kids bath has clean white x-large subway tiles with a fun penny tile stripe.

This San Carlos transformation features a Starmark maple corona villa black finish vanity with Piedrafina glacier white counter tops. The pre-primed colonial style baseboards tie together the vanity with the double-head shower with a bench seat. This house features an open concept floor plan, with expansive windows that truly capture the 180-degree lake views. The classic design elements, such as white cabinets, neutral paint colors, and natural wood tones, help make this house feel bright and welcoming year round.

This Craftsman Styled home was in need of a makeover when it came to the master bathroom. Before the bathroom felt like a tunnel walking in with vanity on either side with an over sized tub that took up way too much space! Even the shower was tiny. We were able to open the space up to enlarge the shower and gain space by installing a freestanding tub. The vanities made sense to place on the same wall to give more visual space.
