Inspiration for a coastal powder room remodel in Philadelphia with a pedestal sink

When one thing leads to another...and another...and another... This fun family of 5 humans and one pup enlisted us to do a simple living room/dining room upgrade. Those led to updating the kitchen with some simple upgrades. (Thanks to Superior Tile and Stone) And that led to a total primary suite gut and renovation (Thanks to Verity Kitchens and Baths). When we were done, they sold their now perfect home and upgraded to the Beach Modern one a few galleries back. They might win the award for best Before/After pics in both projects! Innovative Construction is a different kind of renovation company because of the people that work there. They do very high quality work as well, which is not a common combination! Many of the construction guys have been working with Innovative Construction for years and they are the most thoughtful, happiest and hardworking crew we have ever been around. Our recent job was smaller than our first job, and we still received personal service and great attention to detail (thanks, Trevor). I was amazed at how willing they all are to investigate the best options for our specific job, whether it be a different material or product or design. Innovative Construction is determined to make sure you are satisfied with the work done, and Clark is always willing to address any issues or concerns quickly and in such a pleasant and non confrontational matter. Believe me, these are people you want working on your house… or just people that you would want in your house at any time!! This was our second time using Innovative Construction and we will certainly use them again in the future and we highly recommend them.

One of our most requested projects ... remove the tub/shower combo and add a spacious walk-in shower. This new shower features subway tile on the walls with river rock on the shower floor enclosed with frameless clear glass.

Traditional Home's Hamptons Designer Showhouse was a roaring success this year! Thanks to builder, Frank Bodenchak, and our talented NYC Flagship Design Associate, Silvana Romano, our tile added a unique look and feel to each bathroom. In this master, our Max Fine Porcelain Statuary achieves a refined stone-look in large format panels.

An Ensuite Bathroom showcases a beautiful green vanitry color, topped with Fantasy Brown Marble and complimented by Chrome plumbing fixtures, framed mirrors, cabinet hardware and lighting.
