Inspiration for a mid-sized cottage medium tone wood floor bathroom remodel in Salt Lake City with shaker cabinets and white cabinets

Located in Old Seagrove, FL, this 1980's beach house was is steps away from the beach and a short walk from Seaside Square. Working with local general contractor, Corestruction, the existing 3 bedroom and 3 bath house was completely remodeled. Additionally, 3 more bedrooms and bathrooms were constructed over the existing garage and kitchen, staying within the original footprint. This modern coastal design focused on maximizing light and creating a comfortable and inviting home to accommodate large families vacationing at the beach. The large backyard was completely overhauled, adding a pool, limestone pavers and turf, to create a relaxing outdoor living space.

Aptly titled Artist Haven, our Boulder studio designed this private home in Aspen's West End for an artist-client who expresses the concept of "less is more." ⁠ In this extensive remodel, we created a serene, organic foyer to welcome our clients home. We went with soft neutral palettes and cozy furnishings. A wool felt area rug and textural pillows make the bright open space feel warm and cozy. The floor tile turned out beautifully and is low maintenance as well.⁠ We used the high ceilings to add statement lighting to create visual interest.
